Free homepage preview requests

The preview request asks for four details: your towing company, website or Google Business Profile, primary market, and email. You may also identify the work you most want calls for. We review the real page; the form does not run a technical scan, score your business, or measure performance.

If you request a personalized preview, TowTruckLeads stores the company name, website or Google Business Profile, market, email, optional priority work, email-delivery consent, request status, and related delivery events. We use this information to evaluate the request, prepare and deliver the review, communicate about it, and maintain the private preview record.

Private preview link and automated result delivery

A submitted request receives a private, unguessable preview link. Anyone with the complete link may be able to view the request status, stated priorities, and published result, so do not post or forward it publicly. The page is instructed not to appear in search results.

When you explicitly request email delivery, an automated agent may send the confirmation and completed result using the approved TowTruckLeads email account. Delivery attempts, provider message references, failures, and timestamps may be retained to prevent duplicates and resolve delivery problems. This inbound delivery path is not used to bypass the separate review and suppression controls for commercial prospect outreach.

Email communication

If you email TowTruckLeads, your email provider and ours process the message. We use the information to respond to your request, evaluate fit, and prepare an audit or project scope. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Payments

Plan purchases use a Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe collects and processes payment information, customer name, business name, email, phone number, and tax-related location information under its own privacy terms. TowTruckLeads receives the purchase and customer details needed to provide the service, but does not receive the customer's full card number.

TowLot inventory materials

The public TowLot example is interactive only. Choosing photos in the example does not upload or send them from your browser. Customers who purchase TowLot may provide vehicle photos, voice notes, VIN and title-status documentation, indicated mileage, pricing, condition checks, known damage, seller authority, location labels, and publication approvals through the agreed onboarding, email, text, or storage channel.

TowTruckLeads and its service providers use those materials to prepare, review, publish, update, and support the customer's vehicle listings. AI services may assist with transcription, follow-up questions, organization, and draft writing. A draft is not intentionally made public until the customer approves it. Customers should remove unrelated personal information from documents and photos and use the agreed secure channel for title or ownership records.

TowLot working materials and approval records are kept only as needed to provide the service, maintain the current inventory and audit trail, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. A customer may request deletion of materials that are no longer required for those purposes.

Analytics and cookies

No third-party analytics identifier or advertising pixel is installed. TowTruckLeads records limited first-party button intent events, such as a preview, phone, text, email, or checkout action, together with the page path, language, and time. These aggregate events do not set a tracking cookie, store the form contents, or create a cross-site advertising profile.

Language preference

The English and Spanish switch stores a language preference in your browser and a first-party cookie so the site can reopen in the language you selected. This preference does not identify you and is not used for advertising.
