This website describes TowTruckLeads services and a pre-commitment audit process. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee a project slot, or promise rankings, calls, leads, revenue, response times, or other business results.

Free homepage preview

The free homepage preview is a reviewed design and copy direction based on the public page and details the requester supplies. It is not a website crawl, technical audit, ranking report, or promise of calls, leads, revenue, response time, or other performance. Preview requests may be limited to qualified towing operators.

Private preview links are intended for the requester and may contain submitted priorities, workflow status, and review content. The requester is responsible for keeping the complete access link private. Automated email delivery is considered complete when the configured provider accepts the message; TowTruckLeads cannot guarantee inbox placement.

Project approval

Selecting a standard Base, Growth, TowLot, or combined checkout confirms the published package scope, pricing, term, renewal, and these terms. Work outside a published package begins only after a separate written scope is approved. A custom scope controls any conflicting custom deliverables, timing, revisions, fees, cancellation, ownership, hosting, and handoff.

Payments

Published prices describe the standard Base, Growth, bilingual, and TowLot services. A customer may purchase an available package through its Stripe-hosted checkout or request a custom written scope. TowTruckLeads does not receive a customer's full card number. Checkout is provided for TowTruckLeads by justgurian llc, and the card statement descriptor is BAYFILLER.CO. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Standard subscription terms

Base is $499 setup plus 12 monthly payments of $199. Growth is $499 setup plus 12 monthly payments of $399 for a new build and replaces, rather than adds to, Base monthly service. The setup fee and first monthly payment are charged at checkout. The remaining 11 initial-term payments recur monthly. After the initial term, service continues month to month unless a written scope says otherwise and may be canceled with 30 days' notice. The separate $199 monthly-only checkout is available only when TowTruckLeads has approved an existing build or waived the setup fee in writing. It does not waive the initial term or any other payment obligation unless the written scope says so.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future service only as allowed by the initial term and 30-day notice rule above. Completed setup work and service already delivered are not refundable. Any refund, credit, or early cancellation exception must be confirmed by TowTruckLeads in writing.

English + Spanish add-on

The optional bilingual add-on costs a one-time $249 setup plus $50 per month in addition to Base or Growth. The recurring add-on begins when the Spanish version is approved for launch. It may be removed with 30 days' notice without canceling the underlying website plan. Completed translation and bilingual setup work are not refundable.

The add-on covers the public customer experience, including navigation, pages, forms, messages, accessibility labels, search metadata, and routine included updates. Reviews originally published in English may be translated into Spanish and will be labeled as translated from English. TowTruckLeads performs AI-assisted Spanish-language review, and the customer must approve the final Spanish content before publication.

TowLot Sales Desk add-on

TowLot is an optional $99 monthly add-on to an active Base or Growth plan, with no setup fee. The first $99 payment is charged at checkout and recurring payments are charged monthly before applicable tax. TowLot is month to month and may be canceled with 30 days' notice. Canceling TowLot does not cancel or change the initial term, renewal, or payment obligations of the underlying Base or Growth plan. Twelve months of TowLot costs $1,188 before applicable tax.

The combined Base + TowLot checkout charges $797 before applicable tax at purchase: the $499 Base setup, first $199 Base month, and first $99 TowLot month. It then charges $298 monthly while both services remain active: $199 Base for the remaining 11 initial-term payments plus $99 TowLot monthly. TowLot may be canceled separately with 30 days' notice; the Base 12-month obligation remains unchanged.

TowLot includes one customer-facing vehicle showroom, up to 20 active fixed-price vehicle listings, up to six photos per vehicle, location labels for up to three yards, AI-assisted website-listing and social- caption drafts based on customer-supplied facts, owner approval, routine listing edits, sold controls, approval records, and stale-listing reminders. Initial setup and the first vehicle listing are completed with the customer.

More than 20 active vehicles, more than three yard labels, or non-fixed-price inventory requires a separate written scope and price before service begins.

TowLot does not include paid advertising, advertising spend, automatic posting to Facebook Marketplace or other third-party channels, auction management, vehicle inspections, repairs, warranties, vehicle-history reports, recall clearance, dealer licensing, title processing, Buyers Guide preparation or legal advice, sales paperwork, taxes, or vehicle-sale fulfillment. Third-party channel eligibility and rules remain the customer's responsibility.

TowLot customer responsibilities and AI approval

The customer must have authority to advertise every vehicle and is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and current status of the asking price, VIN, title and lien status, indicated mileage, ownership or seller authority, condition, dated start/run/move checks, known damage, photos, disclosures, Buyers Guide, recall and history information, fees, and sale terms. TowTruckLeads may flag missing or inconsistent information and may refuse or remove a listing, but it does not verify title, ownership, mechanical condition, roadworthiness, mileage, or legal compliance.

AI-generated material remains a private draft until the customer approves it. The customer must review every fact and claim before publication. TowTruckLeads does not infer mechanical condition from photos or replace missing facts with assumptions. Approval records may identify the approving user and time.

10-business-day TowLot launch guarantee

After TowTruckLeads receives completed onboarding and one sale-ready vehicle with the required customer-supplied information and photos, TowTruckLeads will publish the approved showroom within 10 business days, excluding time spent waiting for missing information, corrections, or owner approval. If TowTruckLeads misses that deadline, the customer must email hello@towtruckleads.com within seven calendar days. An eligible refund of the first $99 TowLot payment is returned to the original payment method. The guarantee covers delivery only and does not promise views, inquiries, rankings, advertising results, or a vehicle sale.

Referral credits

Eligible customers may earn one $199 future-service credit when a personally introduced towing company outside the customer's primary market completes its first paid month. Credits are limited to 12 per year, have no cash value, and exclude related entities and self-referrals.

Customer content and claims

Customers are responsible for approving business details, service areas, credentials, pricing, reviews, photos, and operational claims. TowTruckLeads may decline unsupported or misleading claims.

Public concept examples are design and strategy demonstrations. They are not performance claims, testimonials, or endorsements unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
